Safety matters

JRA are committed to the highest standards in passenger safety helping you satisfy your organisational duty of care to your business travellers.

Have completed an independent driver assessment from either DVSA, the AA or Blue Lamp Trust.
Are Enhanced DBS checked every three years
Undergo an independent medical at least every three years
Have completed Safeguarding training
DVLA driving record checks carried out every six months.

Vehicles are owned by JRA, ensuring full compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements at all times.
Are maintained in accordance with Manufacturer schedules
Pass VOSA MOT tests annually from the third anniversary of vehicle registration.
Pass annual mechanical inspections at a Licensing Authority approved site, irrespective of vehicle age.
Contain Fire Extinguisher & First Aid Kit
Vehicles are retired on the sixth anniversary of first registration.

Whilst not a legal requirement, JRA provide a range of ISOfix car seats when carrying children.

We take client confidentiality very seriously. We understand that we may be privy to private and/or commercially sensitive conversations while we are working with you. All our chauffeurs have signed a confidentiality agreement as part of their contract with us, so you can be sure that anything said or done in one of our cars will be held in the strictest confidence.
