JRA operates our own fleet of executive vehicles, most are long wheel-based providing as much social distancing as possible to achieve in a vehicle. By sitting in the nearside rear passenger seat, you will be a minimum of 1m away from the shoulder of your chauffeur, even in our smallest vehicle.
As you would expect from a chauffeur service provider, doors are opened for you as you board and disembark reducing your contact with touchable surfaces.
Cleanliness has never been more important. Above and beyond our usual regular vehicle cleaning, internal touchable surfaces (including but not limited to, leather seating, seat belts & door handles) will be cleaned after every passenger journey.
Whilst not scientifically proven that air conditioning can lead to the spread of Covid-19, it is clear that good ventilation certainly helps to disperse virus infected particles. Therefore, vehicle Air Conditioning / Climate Control will be switched off, and instead we will keep windows open (weather permitting of course!)
Our chauffeurs will wear disposable gloves when handling your luggage and personal belongings.
Tissues are already provided to exercise Catch it, Bin it, Kill it, although in line with Government advice, we ask passengers not to travel if symptomatic.
Alcohol based hand sanitiser is provided in all vehicles for both chauffeur and passenger use.
Contactless payment. We would like to minimise the handling of cash. Our chauffeurs are able to accept contactless payment via card in car. Alternatively we can accept payment over the phone & full account facilities are available.
It is mandatory for passengers to wear face coverings whilst travelling.
We will continue to monitor the Govenmental, Scientific & Medical advice, and will implement any further recommendations as swiftly as possible.
